SESSIONS FOR SENIORS
Chair yoga is an excellent way for seniors to stay active and maintain their mobility and flexibility, even if they have limited mobility or balance issues. As a qualified yoga teacher, I offer private chair yoga sessions for seniors in care homes. These sessions are tailored specifically to their needs and abilities, and are conducted in a safe and supportive environment.
During the 30-minute session, we focus on gentle movements and stretches that can be done while seated in a chair. These movements help to improve circulation, reduce stiffness, and increase range of motion. We also practice breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to help calm the mind and reduce stress.
My goal is to help seniors improve their physical and mental wellbeing, and to provide a sense of connection and community through the practice of yoga. Private chair yoga sessions are available for a fee of £30 per session.
GROUP CLASSES
Join our small group yoga classes for an intimate and personalized experience. Our 90-minute sessions are designed to be slow and mindful, allowing you to deepen your practice and explore the nuances of each pose. We focus on proper alignment and breath work to help you find balance and relaxation in your body and mind.
Our sessions are perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike, with modifications offered for each pose to suit your individual needs. We end each session with a restful yoga Nidra practice to leave you feeling rejuvenated and at peace.
Classes are limited to just 5 students, so you'll receive plenty of individual attention and guidance from our experienced instructor. And at just £10 per session, it's an affordable way to prioritize your health and wellness.

PERSONAL
YOGA SESSIONS & RETREAT
Personal yoga sessions are a great way to receive one-on-one attention and guidance in your yoga practice. During these sessions, we will work together to customize a yoga practice tailored to your specific needs and goals. Whether you are a beginner looking to build a strong foundation or an experienced practitioner seeking to deepen your practice, I am here to support you. Using props such as blocks, straps, and blankets, we can make the practice accessible and comfortable for everyone, especially those who need extra help with a particular condition to get therapeutic benefits. These sessions are priced at £50 per session.
For those looking for a more intensive experience, I also offer personalized yoga retreats. During these one-to-one retreats, we will work together to create a custom program that addresses your unique goals, concerns, and interests. The cost of the retreat will depend on the duration, location, and activities involved.
